Registration
Whether encountering cancer personally, or supporting someone with
cancer, the experience can be very challenging.
Our programs & services help you meet these challenges from a
whole-health perspective—mind, body, and spirit; to become empowered
and educated, learn new skills, and meet others who are experiencing
similar situations, issues, and feelings.
Our Centre is here for you from the moment of a cancer diagnosis to
one year post-treatment.

Yoga |
This beginner-level yoga is very gentle & relaxing, and sensitive to the needs of those with cancer. For hygienic reasons, please bring their own mats, blankets and or towels, and water bottle. For participants and caregivers.

Pour des raisons d’hygiène, nous demandons aux participants d’apporter leur propre matelas d’exercice, couvertures ou serviettes, et leurs bouteilles d’eau. Meditation |
Meditation
Experience a relaxed inner-calm, greater serenity, improved sleep and lessen pain, lower anxiety, decrease mind “chatter”, and boost energy levels. This 5-week course (1 hour per week) introduces you to basic meditation techniques and teaches you to focus your mind to stay the present moment.

Ce programme vise le calme intérieur, une plus grande sérénité, un sommeil plus reposant, une diminution de la douleur, de l’anxiété, du « bavardage mental », et un regain d’énergie. Ce programme de 5 semaines (1 heure/semaine) vous présente les différentes techniques de base et vous apprend à concentrer sur le moment présent. |
